German Business Day
October 5 @ 12:30 pm - 6:00 pm
The 2017 German Business Day will be dedicated to the management of transition, i.e. how to best convert today’s business into the opportunity-rich economy of tomorrow. Insights from selected industries will cover various dimensions of transitions including the adaptation of contemporary business models, the move towards digitally empowered new products and services, or the transition towards an entire new workforce and generation of customers.
The German Business Day will provide a unique forum to present, share and reflect on the initiatives, experiences and opportunities of corporations, small and large, in the context of the German-Australian relationship. The concluding panel discussion will be dedicated to extracting a shared understanding of the day with a focus on identifying essential, operational principles and practices for successful transition management.
The event will be jointly organised by the Queensland Chapter of the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the German Australian Business Association and SAP.
The German Business Day will end with a ‘high’light – a business card draw with a chance to with an ‘over the cloud’ experience with a value of up to $2,000.
